All orders ship within 1–2 business days from Illinois. Transit times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will ship the following business day.

We ship primarily via USPS. Media Mail rates are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

USPS does not process or deliver packages on federal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $25 (excluding tax).

Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

The book arrived damaged beyond normal used condition

The item was materially different from its description
Because we specialize in pre-loved books, light wear consistent with age and prior reading is expected and not considered a defect.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label when applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
